Grecale is a place where tradition meets excellence, but does not mix: here the two culinary offerings live in harmony, each with its own soul, its own team, its own flavours. On one side, the Sicilian cuisine led by chef Andrea Giannetti, who refines local products such as Nebrodi black pig and Salina capers. On the other, Japanese cuisine entrusted to native chefs like Marcos Toshiyuki Fukimoto and Hiroko Yamaguchi, masters in the art of sushi and the delicacy of Japanese tradition. Grecale does not mix, but offers the possibility to choose, each time, a complete and coherent gastronomic experience.
